摘要
再生混凝土骨料(RCA)表层砂浆的多孔性和高吸水性对再生骨料混凝土的力学性能和耐久性能不利,去除和强化RCA表层砂浆是提高RCA性能的两种主要方法。基于此,总结了聚合物、硅酸钠、微粉、CO2碳化、微生物碳酸盐沉积等RCA表层附着砂浆强化方法的研究现状,分析了各RCA强化方法的优缺点,并提出了有待进一步研究的问题,以推进再生混凝土的应用。
The porosity and high water absorption of recycled concrete aggregate(RCA)surface mortar are detrimental to the mechanical properties and durability of recycled aggregate concrete.Removal and modification of RCA surface mortar are the two main ways to improve RCA performance.Based on this,the progress on various modification approaches of RCA surface mortar such as polymer coating,sodium silicate modification,micro-powder filling,CO2 carbonation and microbial carbonate deposition is summarized,the advantages and disadvantages of each RCA modification method are analyzed,and the problems to be further studied are put forward to promote the application of recycled concrete.
