摘要
结合开发的自动化成组立模设备,研究并优化了快速组模、预埋件定位、模板变形和漏浆控制、浇筑振捣和自动养护等关键工艺环节,解决了预制混凝土内墙板立模生产的技术难题。通过工程应用,说明了立模生产的内墙板相比平模在质量上有明显提升。采用立模除了可节省空间外,生产效率大大提高,能耗明显降低,社会和经济效益显著。
In combination with the developed automatic group vertical mold equipment,the key technologies such as rapid mold forming,embedded part positioning,formwork deformation and slurry leakage control,casting and vibration,automatic curing are studied and optimized,and the technical difficulties in precast concrete inner wall panel manufacturing technique by using the vertical mold are solved.Through the engineering application,it is shown that the quality of the inner wall panel produced by the vertical mold is significantly improved compared with that of the flat mold.In addition to greatly saving space,the use of the vertical mold greatly improves production efficiency,significantly reduces energy consumption,and has significant social and economic benefits.
