摘要
农村体育发展是实现乡村振兴战略的重要内容,体育专业有必要对接乡村振兴战略,为其提供必备的体育专业人才支撑。因此,从乡村振兴战略中与体育相关内容及OBE教育理论视角分析了乡村振兴战略对体育人才培养的新要求,在把握农村体育人才现实样态的基础上,提出了乡村振兴战略背景下的体育专业人才OBE培养模式构建的思路与对策。
Rural sports development is the important content to realize rural revitalization strategy. It is necessary for the sports major to connect with the rural revitalization strategy and provide it with necessary sports professional support. Therefore, from the perspective of the sports-related content of the rural revitalization strategy and the OBE education theory, the new requirements of the rural revitalization strategy for the training of sports talents are analyzed. Based on the reality of rural sports talents, the ideas and countermeasures for the construction of the OBE training model for sports professionals under the background of the rural revitalization strategy are put forward.
