西南边疆地区中小学心理教育现状与分析

Status Analysis of Psychological Education in Elementary and Middle Schools in the Southwestern Frontier Region

摘要 通过调查和分析西南边疆地区中小学教师的心理教育现状和教师心理教育水平与学生心理健康水平之间的关系发现:西南边疆地区中小学教师的心理教育能力处于中等偏上水平;西南边疆地区小学生心理健康水平较高,但普遍存在较重的学习焦虑;教师的心理教育水平与所带班级学生的心理健康水平正相关。 This study investigates the current situation of psychological education of elementary and middle school teachers in southwestern frontier areas, and analyzes the relationship between teachers’ psychological education level and students’ mental health level. The study finds that the psychological education ability of elementary and middle school teachers in the southwestern frontier area is above the average level. The mental health level of primary school students in southwest frontier areas is good, but there are generally serious learning anxiety. The psychological education level of teachers is positively correlated with the mental health level of students in their classes.
