摘要
随着我国护理专业事业发展壮大,对专业水平的要求不断提高,患者对从事护理专业的人员各个方面的能力要求不断提高。而除此之外,目前现阶段高职院校中护理专业就业与创业也是现在高职专业教育执教过程中非常重要的焦点问题。高职高专院校中护理专业更加要求学生能够运用专业技能及操作在临床实践中的能力和技术综合素质。而创新创业作为引导高职高专院校护理专业职业教育改革提出了指导建议,促进护理专业人才培养变革。针对目前高职高专院校中护理专业创新创业的现阶段状况和存在的问题,该文主要针对研究提升高职高专院校中护理专业创新创业教学方法展开探讨,来提出改进的建议与对策。
With the development of nursing specialty in our country,the requirement of professional level has been improved,and the patients'requirement for the ability of nursing professionals is also improving.At present,the employment and entrepreneurship of nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges is also a very important focus in the teaching process of higher vocational education.The nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges requires students to use their professional skills and operation ability and technical comprehensive quality in clinical practice.Innovation and entrepreneurship,as a guide to the reform of nursing professional education in higher vocational colleges,put forward guidance suggestions to promote the training of nursing professionals.In view of the present situation and existing problems of nursing specialty innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges,this paper mainly discusses the teaching methods of improving nursing specialty innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for improvement.
