摘要
畜产品加工学课程在开展思政教育的过程当中会遇到许多棘手的问题,对这些问题需要理性的分析,了解学科的发展特点,要使学生在学习畜产品有关知识的同时,也能加强自身的思想教育。文章就畜产品加工课程如何开展思政教育展开探讨,对思政教育课堂上所面临的问题提出相应的解决方法。
In the process of carrying out ideological and political education,the Animal Product Processing Course will encounter many thorny problems.It needs rational analysis,understanding the development characteristics of the subject,and making students learn the relevant knowledge of animal products while strengthening their ideological and political education.This paper discusses how to carry out ideological and political education in the course of Animal Products Processing,and puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems faced in carrying out the ideological and political education.
