摘要
中国当代文学作为文化“走出去”的重要媒介,承担着传播中国文化、促进文化交流的重任。近几年,我国推理文学走出了中国特色的创作道路,形成了我国当代文学领域独树一帜的文学样式,知名推理文学作品英译本在国际上颇具影响力。其中,麦家创作的《解密》(英文名DECODED)被翻译为33种语言,在世界图书馆收藏的中文作品中位居第一。小说引人入胜的情节、高超的叙事技巧以及兼容中西的精神内核,打开了我国推理文学外译的窗口。《解密》英译本的成功传播体现在译者米欧敏对文本的巧妙处理、出版公司的策略性经营,以及作者作品本身的实力。
As an important medium for the culture“going out”,Chinese contemporary literature undertakes the important task of spreading Chinese culture and promoting cultural exchanges.In recent years,our country s reasoning literature has taken a creative path with Chinese characteristics and formed a unique literary style in the field of contemporary Chinese literature.The English translation of well-known reasoning literary works is quite influential in the world.Among them,Decryption(English name DECODED)created by Mai Jia has been translated into 33 languages,ranking first among the Chinese works collected by the World Library.The novel s fascinating plot,superb narrative skills,and the spiritual core compatible with both Chinese and Western have opened the window for the foreign translation of Chinese reasoning literature.The successful dissemination of the English Version of Deciphered is revealed in the translator Oliver Sacks deft handling of the text,the strategic management of the publisher,and the strength of the writer and the work in their own right.
