摘要
通过对岩土工程专业类实验室的特点进行分析,阐述岩土实验室在管理过程中存在的问题,提出相关的建议措施,期望能够通过改进土木类高校对岩土实验室仪器设备的共享机制、增加专职仪器管理人员与专业教师、改进实验室教师的晋升途径与提升实验室教师的薪酬水平、地位和待遇以及合理安排学生课时、购置足量实验仪器等方式来加强对岩土工程专业类实验室的管理,实现岩土专业类实验室的全面发展。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of geotechnical engineering laboratories,this paper expounds the problems existing in the management process of laboratories,and puts forward relevant suggestions and measures.It is hoped that through improving the sharing mechanism of laboratory instruments and equipment in universities,increasing the number of full-time instrument managers and professional teachers,improving the ways of promotion of laboratory teachers and the salary of laboratory teachers.The management of geotechnical engineering laboratories should be strengthened by arranging students class hours reasonably and buying sufficient experimental instruments,it can realize the comprehensive development of professional laboratories.
