摘要
目的总结1例颅脑损伤伴肠道菌群移位患者的护理经验。护理要点如下:密切观察病情和进行急救护理,应对病情变化,呼吸道的管理,保证呼吸道通畅,给予营养支持,增强抵抗力;腹胀腹泻后的皮肤护理,用药护理等。经过26 d的精心治疗和护理,患者症状好转,病情稳定转出重症监护病房。转出后7天随访状况良好。
To summarize the nursing experience of a case of brain injury complicated with intestinal flora heterotopia.The main points of nursing are as follows:closely observe the condition and carry out first-aid nursing,deal with the change of the condition,manage the respiratory tract,ensure that the respiratory tract is unobstructed,provide nutritional support,enhance the resistance;skin nursing after abdominal distention and diarrhea,medication nursing,etc.After 26 days of careful treatment and care,the patient's symptoms improved and the condition was transferred out of the intensive care unit stably.The condition was good according to the 7 days follow-up after transfer out.
