摘要
目的分析目前临床研究报道中针灸治疗膀胱过度活动症所选用的临床疗效评价指标。方法采用计算机检索中英文数据库中2007~2018年针灸治疗膀胱过度活动症的相关临床类论文,分析所选用的临床疗效评价指标。结果共检索到相关论文345篇,最终纳入20篇,所选用的评价指标主要涉及临床症状评价、生活质量评价等2个方面。结论目前针灸治疗膀胱过度活动症的临床症状评价指标不统一且易受患者的主观影响,缺乏生活质量的评价以及忽视了患者的心理状态评估。在今后的研究中,应建立临床症状、心理状态、生活质量三者相结合的临床疗效评价体系,以促进针灸治疗膀胱过度活动症的应用与推广。
Objective Analysis of the clinical efficacy evaluation indexes selected for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of overactive bladder in current clinical research. Methods The clinical literatures on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of overactive bladder published between 2007 and 2018 in Chinese and English databases were retrieved by computer, and the selected clinical efficacy evaluation indexes were analyzed. Results A total of 345 related literatures were retrieved, and 20 were finally included. The selected evaluation indexes mainly involved two aspects: clinical symptom evaluation and quality of life evaluation. Conclusion At present, the clinical symptoms evaluation indexes of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of overactive bladder is not uniform and easy to be affected by the subjective factors of patients, lack of evaluation of quality of life and neglect of patient’s mental state assessment. In future researches, clinical efficacy evaluation system combining clinical symptoms, mental state and quality of life should be established to promote the application and promotion of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of overactive bladder.
