凝固浴条件对原液着色粘胶纤维性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用超细炭黑作为粘胶纤维着色剂,通过改变粘胶纤维原液着色时的凝固浴条件,探究了分散剂扩散速率和粘胶纤维颜色特征L值之间的关系,以提高原液着色纤维的颜色深度,研究了凝固浴中硫酸质量分数和温度对粘胶纤维表面形貌、断面结构和超细炭黑在粘胶纤维内分布状态的影响。结果表明:分散剂扩散速率越慢,粘胶纤维L值越低;当凝固浴硫酸质量分数为10%,凝固浴温度为40℃时,分散剂在粘胶纤维内的扩散速率较低,原液着色粘胶纤维的L值较低,粘胶纤维表面和断面形貌光滑,超细炭黑在粘胶纤维内分布均匀。 Ultrafine carbon black is used as coloring agent for dope dyeing of viscose fiber.The relation⁃ship between dispersant diffusion rate and color characteristic L value of viscose fiber is explored by changing the coagulation bath conditions of viscose fiber,so as to improve the color depth of dope dye⁃ings.The effects of sulfuric acid concentration and temperature on the surface morphology,cross-sec⁃tion structure and distribution of ultrafine carbon black in viscose fiber are studied.The results show that the slower the dispersant diffusion rate is,the lower the L value of viscose fiber is.When the mass fraction of sulfuric acid in coagulation bath is 10%and the temperature of coagulation bath is 40℃,the diffusion rate of dispersant in viscose fiber is low,the L value of viscose fiber is low,the morphology of viscose fiber surface and fracture surface is smooth,and the distribution of ultrafine carbon black in vis⁃cose fiber is uniform.
