摘要
本研究建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)定性定量分析保健食品中非法添加的苯乙双胍、格列吡嗪、罗格列酮、格列波脲、格列苯脲、格列美脲、吡格列酮、格列喹酮、瑞格列奈9种降血糖药物。在优化的实验条件下,得到了较宽的线性范围和较低的定量检出限。苯乙双胍、罗格列酮、吡格列酮、瑞格列奈的系列浓度为:2.5~200.0μg·L-1;格列吡嗪、格列波脲、格列苯脲、格列美脲、格列喹酮的系列浓度为:12.5~1000.0μg·L-1,相关系数均在0.999以上。保健食品中苯乙双胍、罗格列酮、吡格列酮、瑞格列奈、定量限为1.5μg·L-1,格列吡嗪、格列波脲、格列苯脲、格列美脲、格列喹酮的定量限为12.5μg·L-1。方法的回收率和重现性较好,9种降血糖药物的回收率在74.9%~109.2%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.8%~8.1%之间。该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、准确可靠,可应用于保健食品中9种非法添加降血糖药物的定量及确证分析。
A method of high performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)was developed for simultaneous determination of the residues of nine anti-diabetic chemicals in health care products,such as phenformin,glipizide,rosiglitazon,pioglitazon,glibornuride,geliebenniao,geliemeiniao,gliquidone and repaglinide.Under the optimized detection conditions,the linear ranges for phenformin,rosiglitazone,pioglitazone and repaglinide are 2.5~200.0μg·L-1;glipizide,glibornuride,geliebenniao,geliemeiniao and gliquidone are 12.5~1000.0μg·L-1.The linear correlation coefficients are all more than 0.999.The limits of quantification are 1.5μg·L-1 for phenformin,rosiglitazone,pioglitazone and repaglinide,and 12.5μg·L-1 for glipizide,glibornuride,geliebenniao,geliemeiniao and gliquidone.The recoveries of nine anti-diabetic chemicals range from 74.9%to 109.2%with the relative standard deviations(RSD)of 2.8%~8.1%.This method is simple,effective and sensitive,and is suitable for the determination and confirmation of nine anti-diabetic chemicals added in the health foods illegally.
