摘要
瓜尔胶是常用的卷烟纸助留剂,硅溶胶是常用的微粒助留组分。本文尝试将硅溶胶应用作为瓜尔胶的助留剂。实验结果表明:硅溶胶明显改进了瓜尔胶的留着效果。最佳的硅溶胶助留搭配是1%阳离子淀粉配用0.3%~0.8%的硅溶胶,瓜尔胶用量减少一半,成纸灰分和强度均比不加硅溶胶的高。
Guar gum is a commonly used retention aid for cigarette paper,and silica sol is a commonly used microparticle retention component.Silica sol applied to improve the retention of guar gum was researched in this paper.Experimental results showed that silica sol significantly improved the retention effect of guar gum.The best silica sol retention system is composed of 1%cationic starch matched with 0.3%~0.8%silica sol.Guar gum could be as a strength agent,and when its dosage reduced by half,the ash content and strength of the paper were kept higher than those without silica sol.
