摘要
目的从文献计量学角度分析2011—2017年连续7年入选TOP期刊的中文科技期刊的国际影响力,探索中文科技期刊的快速健康发展之道。方法以2012—2018年《中国学术期刊国际引证年报》的数据为依据,统计分析2011—2017年入选中国自然科学与工程技术类(科技类)TOP5%和TOP5%~10%期刊的国际他引总被引频次(TC)、国际他引影响因子(IF)和国际影响力指数(CI),以及中国知网收录的各期刊的基本情况,包括主办单位、创刊时间、出版周期、单期页码、年发文量、数据库收录情况。结果2011—2017年连续7年入选TOP期刊的中文科技期刊有115种,其中TOP5%期刊28种,TOP5%~10%期刊21种,TOP10%期刊66种。连续7年入选TOP期刊的中文科技期刊的IF平均值、TC平均值呈逐年增长趋势,CI平均值基本保持不变。从办刊单位来看,这些期刊中中国科学院主办的期刊最多,其次是中华医学会主办的期刊;另有大量各个专业学会主办的期刊及少量高校和企业主办的期刊。从出版周期刊来看,大多数期刊为月刊。从单期页码来看,200页左右的期刊最多。从年均发文量来看,TOP5%年均201~300篇最多,TOP5%~10%和TOP10%年均101~200篇最多。入选TOP5%的期刊加入的数据库最多。结论(1)中文科技期刊在国际上已有了一定的影响力,而且在逐年增强,但在数量上和强度上仍需努力。(2)加强学术团体的国际合作与交流、缩短出版周期、增加单期页码、增加年发文量、加入尽可能多的数据库等举措在一定程度上可提高期刊的影响力。(3)政策的调整、鼓励国外优秀华人学者在国外办中文期刊、培养和重视期刊出版人才等,有助于提高中文科技期刊的出版水平。
Objective To analyze the international impact of Chinese science and technology journals on the TOP list for seven consecutive years from 2011 to 2017 and explore the fast and healthy development method for the Chinese science and technology journals.Methods The study was based on the data of China Academic Journal International Citation Annual Report of 2012—2018.Statistical analysis was made in international total frequency(TC),international impact factor(IF)and international impact index(CI)of the TOP 5%and TOP 5%-10%journals in Chinese science and technology journals from 2011 to 2017,and the basic facts of various journals included in China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database(CNKI)included the organizer,the starting time,the publication cycle,single issue page number,annual amount of published papers,database collection,etc.Results There were 115 Chinese science and technology periodicals selected as the TOP journals in the years from 2011 to 2017,of which 28 were TOP 5%journals,21 were TOP 5%-10%journals and 66 were TOP 10%journals.The average IF and TC values of the Chinese periodicals on the TOP list of Chinese science and technology for 7 consecutive years from 2011 to 2017 increased year by year.The average CI value remained basically unchanged.From the perspective of the periodical organizations,the majority of the periodicals were published by the institutions of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,followed by periodicals published by those institutions of the Chinese Medical Association.Furthermore,there were large numbers of periodicals sponsored by various professional societies,as well as by certain universities and enterprises.From the perspective of publication frequency,most periodicals were monthly journals.From the viewpoint of a single-issue page number,most periodicals had a page volume of about 200.From the perspective of average annual amount of paper publication,most TOP 5%journals contained 201 to 300 articles,and most TOP 5%-10%and TOP 10%journals contained 101 to 200 articles.The per
