摘要
液化石油气罐车道路运输作为液化石油气运输的主要方式之一,近年来各地屡次发生相关事故,其中液化石油气道路运输罐车泄漏事故突发性强、危险性大、处置困难,如果处置不当,极易转变为爆炸燃烧,造成人身伤亡及重大社会不良影响。本文通过对液化石油气性质、罐车类型及结构的分析,结合不同液化石油气道路运输罐车泄漏事故的特点,对处置事故的技战术进行了研究,提出了切实有效的处置措施,以期为该类泄漏事故应急处置提供参考。
Road tanker is one of the main ways to tranport liquefied petroleum gas(LPG).However,a lot of accidents have occurred in various places in recent years,among which the leakage accident may occur in a sudden with strong risks.If it is not properly responded,it will easily develop into explosive combustion,causing casualties and harmful social impacts.Based on the analysis of LPG properties,the type and structure of tankers,and the features of different LPG road transport tanker leakage accidents,this paper discusses the skills and tactics to effectively respond to these kinds of accidents,in order to provide the reference for emergency response to leakage accidents.
