摘要
本文梳理了企业自行监测中出现的问题,归类整理了国家出台的涉及自行监测的相关法律和管理规定。目的是解决企业自行监测中遇到的问题,提升自行监测质量。当前,企业要增强环境保护意识,遵守相关法律法规,履行法定责任,向公众公开自身的监测数据信息。生态环境部门应加强对企业的培训指导和检查,社会公众和社会团体要积极参与监督。
This paper sorts out the problems that arise in the self-monitoring of enterprises,categorizes and sorts out the relevant laws and management regulations promulgated by the state that involve self-monitoring.The purpose is to solve the problems encountered by enterprises in self-monitoring and improve the quality of self-monitoring.At present,companies must increase their awareness of environmental protection,abide by relevant laws and regulations,perform statutory responsibilities,and disclose their monitoring data to the public.The ecological environment department should strengthen the training,guidance and inspection of enterprises,and the public and social organizations should actively participate in supervision.
