摘要
为落实可持续发展理念,人们要大力发展循环经济,推进清洁生产,节约资源,保护环境。本文分析了发展循环经济的重要性,探讨了废旧物资的利用现状,进一步论述了废物再生的理论方法与网络框架,提出了以循环经济促进废旧物资再生利用的对策建议。当前,各地政府要引导相关企业由分散向集中发展,健全废旧资源再生利用回收网络,并建立废旧物资回收税收支持体系,严格进行执法监督,加强废旧物资回收宣传,大力发展循环经济,促进废旧资源的再生利用。
To implement the concept of sustainable development,people must vigorously develop a circular economy,promote cleaner production,save resources,and protect the environment.This paper analyzes the importance of the development of recycling economy,discusses the status quo of the use of waste materials,further discusses the theoretical methods and network framework of waste recycling,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote recycling of waste materials through recycling economy.At present,local governments should guide related enterprises from decentralized to centralized development and improve the recycling network of waste resources,establish a tax support system for waste material recovery,strictly enforce law enforcement supervision,and strengthen waste material recycling publicity,vigorously develop a circular economy,so as to promote the recycling of waste resources.
