我国北方4省部分规模奶牛场牛呼吸道疾病综合征主要病原血清抗体检测 被引量:8

Detection of Serum Antibodies against Major Pathogens Leading to BRDC in Large-scale Dairy Farms in Four Provinces,Northern China

摘要 为了解我国牛呼吸道疾病综合征(BRDC)主要病原牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒(IBRV)、牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)、牛副流感病毒3型(BPIV3)与牛呼吸道合胞体病毒(BRSV)的血清流行情况,使用抗体检测试剂盒,对4个省份的28家奶牛场采集的1601份血清样品进行ELISA抗体检测。结果显示:奶牛IBRV、BVDV、BPIV3和BRSV抗体阳性率分别为76.2%、60.5%、63.2%和45.4%,奶牛场抗体阳性率分别为82.2%、75.0%、85.7%和89.3%。不同省份奶牛IBRV、BVDV、BPIV3和BRSV抗体阳性率分别为25.1%~90.3%、42.3%~81.3%、26.9%~81.1%和32.2%~51.9%,奶牛场抗体阳性率分别为20.0%~100%、57.2%~100%、75.0%~100%和75.0%~100%。奶牛IBRV、BVDV、BRSV抗体阳性检出率在3—5月最高,BPIV3抗体阳性检出率在12月到次年2月最高。奶牛场存在IBRV、BVDV、BPIV3和BRSV多种病原的混合感染,且各病原流行存在一定的地区和季节性差异。结果提示应加强对上述病原流行的控制,提高奶牛场管理水平。本研究为奶牛场呼吸道相关病毒病防控提供了数据参考。 In order to identify the sero-epidemiological status of major pathogens leading to bovine respiratory disease complex(BRDC)in China,including infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus(IBRV),bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV),bovine parainfluenza virus type 3(BPIV3)and bovine respiratory syncytial virus(BRSV),1601 serum samples were collected from 28 dairy farms in 4 provinces and tested by ELISA kit.The results showed that,in general,the positive rates of antibodies against IBRV,BVDV,BPIV3 and BRSV were 76.2%,60.5%,63.2%and 45.4%,respectively at individual level,and 82.2%,75.0%,85.7%and 89.3%,respectively at farm level.For different provinces,the rates were 25.1%to 90.3%,42.3%to 81.3%,26.9%to 81.1%and 32.2%to 51.9%,respectively at individual level,and 20.0%to 100%,57.2%to 100%,75.0%to 100%and 75.0%to 100%at farm level.The positive detection rates of IBRV,BVDV and BRSV were highest from March to May,and those of BPIV3 remained highest from December to February of the next year.The cows had been infected together by IBRV,BVDV,BPIV3 and BRSV that were prevalent differently in various regions and seasons to certain extent,which indicated that the farms should be further managed to effectively control the four pathogens.In view of the above,some data was provided to prevent and control virus diseases related to respiratory tract in dairy farms.
