摘要
立足情感教育的"整全人"理论主张,价值观是与人的整全生命紧密相连的精神现象,生发于人对自我存在的追问和体悟。价值观教育的成效在于其育人功能的发挥。价值观教育是育人过程,价值观本身亦具有育人性质,道德情感和道德价值观的形成过程即人的成长过程,价值观的育人功能在其中得以实现。回到人的整全层面,情感在价值观形成中具有弥散和内质性功能,作为一种精神之教,价值观教育最终在人的情感层面形成伦理意识和道德精神,并由此通达人类共同价值系统,达成价值观共识。价值观教育在途径上可以将人之为人的"成人期待"、内在自我中的"精神羞感"和基于生命事实的"生命之爱"作为价值观萌生和发展的基础性情感品质,通过对其呵护、引导和关注,培育道德的根基,实现价值观育人。
Based on the theory of "holistic human" from affective education,values are a spiritual phenomenon closely connected with the whole life of humans,and derive from humans’ questioning and experience of their self-existence. Values education fulfills its functions in talent cultivation. It is a process of talent cultivation,and values alone are featured by talent cultivation;the formation of moral affections and moral values implies the process of human growth,in which the talent-cultivating functions of values can be performed. In terms of the "holistic human," affections function as diffusion and internality in the formation of values. A "spiritual education," values education eventually forms ethical awareness and moral spirit at the level of human affections,thus gaining access to the common value system of humans,and reaching a consensus on values. Humans’ "expecting to be humans," the "spiritual shame" and the "love of life" serve as fundamental affections in values generation and development. Cultivating the foundation of morality by caring,directing and heeding these affections,we can cultivate talents through values.
