摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情迅速席卷全球,国内目前仍有大量的确诊患者及无症状感染者。避免新型冠状病毒感染患者因骨科手术在院内交叉感染是一项重要的防控工作。本研究参照《医疗机构内新型冠状病毒感染预防与控制技术指南》《新型冠状病毒肺炎患者围术期感染控制的指导建议》等规范,对疫情期间患者的手术原则、术前准备与评估、手术转运,病房及手术室防控,术中及术后的防控要点方面提出了相应的骨科手术管理策略,以供参考。
The epidemic of coronavirus disease(COVID-19)quickly swept the world,there were still a large number of confirmed and asymptomatic patients in China.It was an important prevention and control work to avoid the cross infection of patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2(SARS-CoV-2)infection in hospital due to orthopedic surgery.In this article,by refering to Technical Guidelines on Prevention and Control of Novel Coronavirus Infection in Medical Institutions and Guidelines and Recommendations for Perioperative Infection Control in Patients with COVID-19,we put forward corresponding orthopaedic surgery management strategies for patients during the epidemic for reference,such as the principles of surgery,preoperative preparation and evaluation,surgical transport,ward and operating room prevention and control,and points for prevention and control during and after surgery.
