摘要
PAOs型空气压缩机油的抗氧化性能差,双酯型空气压缩机油的抗水解性能差,均不适用于高湿度,高排气温度和高排气压力工况的螺杆式空气压缩机的润滑。烷基萘具有优异的热氧化安定性,水解安定性及溶解能力,为此用烷基萘研制了一款VG46黏度等级的抗氧化抗水解的螺杆式空气压缩机油。抗氧化抗水解螺杆式空气压缩机油的配方由调合基础油(42.5%的低黏度烷基萘+57.5%的PAO10)及1.50%的复合抗氧剂(0.75%酚型抗氧剂+0.50%萘胺型抗氧剂+0.25%二苯胺型抗氧剂)组成,氧化试验(200℃,18 h,250 mL/min,空气)后的40℃运动黏度变化为14.3%,酸值为1.19 mg/g,残炭为0.04%,水解后酸值增加值为0.01 mg/g。抗氧化抗水解螺杆式空气压缩机油的性能达到了设定的技术指标,其抗氧化性能优于PAOs型空气压缩机油,抗水解性能优于双酯型空气压缩机油。(图0表6参考文献2)
PAOs air compressor oil had poor anti-oxidation performance and diesters air compressor oil had poor anti-hydrolysis performance.So they were not suitable for the lubrication of screw air compressor under high humidity,high exhaust temperature and high discharge pressure.Because of excellent thermal oxidation stability,hydrolysis stability and solubility of alkyl naphthalene,a VG46 viscosity grade screw air compressor oil with alkyl naphthalene was developed.The formulation of anti-oxidation and anti-hydrolysis screw air compressor oil was composed of blended base oil(42.5%low viscosity alkyl naphthalene+57.5%PAO10),and 1.50%complex antioxidant(0.75%phenolic antioxidant+0.50%naphthylamine antioxidant+0.25%diphenylamine antioxidant).After oxidation test(200℃,18 h,250,mL/min,air),the kinematic viscosity at 40℃was changed to 14.3%,acid value was 1.19 mg/g,carbon residue was 0.04%,and acid value increase value was 0.01 mg/g after hydrolysis.The performance of anti-oxidation and anti-hydrolysis screw air compressor oil had reached the set technical index.Its anti-oxidation performance was better than PAOs air compressor oil,and its anti-hydrolysis performance was better than that of diesters air compressor oil.
