按照国家金融业对外开放的统一安排,支持外国银行在华分行申请证券投资基金托管业务资格,进一步扩大证券投资基金对外开放,2020年5月份,证监会就《证券投资基金托管业务管理办法》公开征求意见,"引进来,走出去",标志着国内托管银行国际化步伐进一步加快。
In May of 2020 the China Securities Regulatory Commission asked for public comments on its proposed "Measures for the Administration of Securities Investment Fund Custody Business", which were drafted as part of the effort to open up the country’s financial sector and allow foreign bank branches in China to apply to be qualified to conduct securities investment fund custody business. The release of the measures expands the opening of the securities investment fund business and marks an acceleration of the internationalization of the domestic custodian banks.
