摘要
目的:分析循证护理在分娩室内助产士陪伴分娩中的应用价值。方法:2017年10月-2019年10月收治初产妇98例,随机分为两组,各49例。对照组给予助产士常规护理方式;观察组在常规护理的基础上实施循证护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后心理情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产程时间、自然分娩率和产后24 h出血率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组轻度和重度疼痛程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对产妇采用循证护理,利于消除其负面情绪,缩短分娩时间,降低产后出血率和疼痛程度,提升护理效果。
Objective:To analyze the application value of evidence-based nursing in delivery accompanied by midwives.Methods:From October 2017 to October 2019,98 cases of primary parturient were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care of midwives.The observation group was given evidence-based nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The score of psychological emotion after nursing in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The labor time,natural delivery rate and 24-hour postpartum hemorrhage rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of mild and severe pain in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing for parturients can eliminate their negative emotions,shorten the time of delivery,reduce the rate of postpartum hemorrhage and the degree of pain,and improve the nursing effect.
