摘要
目的:总结小儿阴囊急症的临床特点,探讨治疗方法。方法:2016年1月-2019年12月收治阴囊急症患儿435例,回顾分析临床资料;其中睾丸附件扭转318例,睾丸扭转51例,睾丸附睾炎44例,其他22例。结果:318例睾丸附件扭转患儿,其中左侧132例,右侧184例,双侧2例,5~11岁多见。51例睾丸扭转患儿以左侧多见,左侧39例,右侧12例,1岁以内15例,其中新生儿期8例,1~2岁8例,5~7岁9例,11岁以上12例。鞘膜囊外扭转6例,<1岁仅2例,分别为4 d和8 d。睾丸附睾炎左侧19例,右侧23例,双侧2例;发生在1岁以内26例,>10岁10例。结论:小儿阴囊急症以睾丸附件扭转最多见,其次为睾丸扭转,1岁以内以睾丸扭转和睾丸附睾炎为主,治疗建议以手术探查为主。
Objective:To summarize the clinical characteristics of scrotal emergency in children and explore the treatment methods.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2019,435 cases of children with scrotal emergency were enrolled,their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,318 cases were testicular appendage torsion,51 cases were testicular torsion,44 cases were epididymitis and 22 cases were others.Results:318 children with torsion of testicular appendages,of which 132 were on the left side,184 were on the right side and 2 were bilateral,children in 5 to 11 years old were more common.51 cases of testicular torsion were more common on the left side,39 cases were on the left side,12 cases were on the right side and 15 cases were within1 year old.Among them,8 cases were in the neonatal period,8 cases were 1 to 2 years old,9 cases were 5 to 7 years old and 12 cases were over 11 years old.6 cases were extracapsular torsion,only 2 cases were less than 1 year old,they were 4 d and 8 d,respectively.Epididymitis occurred in 19 cases on the left side,23 cases on the right side,2 cases on both sides,26 cases within 1 year old and 10 cases>10 years old.Conclusion:Testicular appendage torsion is the most common in children with scrotal emergency,followed by testicular torsion,testicular torsion and testicular epididymitis are the main symptoms within 1 year old.Surgical exploration is recommended for treatment.
