摘要
为了更好地落实国家“一带一路”背景下教育行动,提升医学留学生卫生事业管理学课程的教学质量,需要针对“一带一路”沿线国家医学留学生的教学需求进行教学改革和探索。本文通过问卷调查,分析医学留学生对卫生事业管理学课程的教学需求以及现存问题,在此基础上提出:①针对医学留学生需求合理设置教学内容;②改革教学形式与教学方法,提高学生课堂参与度;③注重任课教师个人素质的提升。
In order to better implement the national“One Belt and One Road”educational action and improve the teaching quality of foreign medical students’health service management course,we need to carry out teaching reform and exploration for the teaching needs of foreign medical students abroad along the“One Belt and One Road”.Based on the questionnaire survey,this study analyzed the teaching needs and existing problems of foreign medical students in the course of health service management.Based on the survey results,several suggestions were put forward:(1)set up the teaching content reasonably according to the needs of foreign medical students;(2)reform the teaching forms and methods to improve the participation of students during the course;(3)pay attention to the improvement of teachers’quality.
