摘要
及时了解和掌握广大公众对气象服务的满意程度和需求,对气象部门调整服务内容和方向具有重要意义。基于天津市2017年公众气象服务满意度调查问卷,针对天津地区公众对预报准确满意度、服务手段满意程度及提升方向等内容进行分析可知:公众对预报准确度总体比较满意;公众使用手机短信、微信的方式获取气象相关信息的比例较高,电子显示屏、大喇叭广播使用人群较少;希望通过提高预报准确率、扩宽发布途径和渠道等方面提升气象服务水平。基于以上分析,提出对应的气象服务改进策略及建议。
Mastering the satisfaction and demand of the general public for meteorological services timely is of great significance for the meterological department to adjust the service content and direction.Based on the survey of residents’meteorological service satisfaction in 2017,this paper analyzes the public’s satisfaction degree of forecast accuracy,service means and the direction of improvement in Tianjin.The public is generally satisfied with the forecast accuracy;The proportion of the public using mobile phone SMS and WeChat to obtain weather-related information is relatively high,while the proportion of using electronic display screen and loudspeaker broadcast is relatively low.The public hopes to improve the meteorological service level by improving the forecast accuracy,expanding the release pathways and channels and so on.Some suggestions and strategies for improving meteorological services are put forward.
