摘要 宝鸡市阳平大桥主桥为(102+208+102)m格构式钢塔斜拉桥。根据景观需要桥塔设计为格构式钢塔(分为下塔柱、上塔柱和塔顶横梁三部分),除下塔柱为钢筋混凝土结构外,其余均为钢结构,基础采用群桩基础。主梁采用分离式双边箱钢结构,斜拉索采用1860 MPa环氧涂层钢绞线,斜拉索在梁端采用双锚腹板式斜拉索锚固系统,在塔端采用固结钢锚梁式斜拉索锚固系统。桥梁位于高烈度区,主桥采用双曲面摩擦摆球型减隔震支座,桥塔位置设置纵向粘滞阻尼器,并在桥塔与主梁相交处设置竖向板式支座进行纵、横向限位,在边墩主梁处进行压重。主梁与桥塔均采用工厂加工、现场焊接拼装方法施工。主梁设置预拱度,桥塔向河道外侧设置预偏心,确保主梁、桥塔的合理成桥线形。 The main bridge of Yangping Bridge in Baoji City is a cable-stayed bridge with three spans of 102,208 and 102 m.The pylons,designed as the lattice steel structures out of the landscaping demands,consist of the lower legs,upper legs and the pylon-top cross beams and are supported by group pile foundations.Apart from the lower legs which are made of reinforced concrete,the remaining parts of the pylons are all steel components.The superstructure comprises the separated double steel edge boxes.The stay cables,which are composed of the epoxy-coated steel strands with tensile strength of 1860 MPa,are anchored to the main girder by the anchorages with twin anchor webs,and anchored to the pylons via the fixed steel anchor beams.To address the seismic issues,since the bridge is located in a high seismic intensity region,friction pendulum bearings with two-way curved surfaces are used as seismic isolators,and the longitudinal viscous dampers are installed at the pylons.Vertical laminated bearings are installed at the intersection of the pylons and the main girder to restrict longitudinal and transverse movements,and the main girder at side piers is counterbalanced.The main girder and the pylons were all manufactured in the factory and assembled and welded to take form in the field.To achieve the rational geometries of the main girder and pylons in the completed bridge state,pre-cambers were set for the main girder and the pylons were offset to a certain degree towards the outer edges of the waterway.
