摘要
目的探讨低剂量MSCT后处理技术对小儿气道狭窄的临床价值。方法本次研究对象为医院2019年7月—2020年9月期间临床确诊、疑似气道狭窄性疾病的30例患儿,对两种扫描及三维重建所取得图像质量及一致性进行评估。结果常规剂量、低剂量MSCT扫描及气道三维重建成像图像质量比较,不同低剂量扫描图像质量比较,常规剂量及低剂量扫描关于气道狭窄的影像学征象表现二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),常规剂量及低剂量MSCT扫描辐射参数比较二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在相对固定的管电压下,30~<60 mA的参数是较为理想的低剂量扫描优选参数,图像质量好,辐射少,对小儿气道狭窄检查具有可行性。
Objective To explore the clinical value of low dose MSCT post-treatment in children with airway stenosis.Methods From July 2019 to September 2020,30 children with clinically confirmed and suspected airway stenosis were enrolled in this study.The image quality and consistency of the two kinds of scanning and threedimensional reconstruction were evaluated.Results Conventional dose,low dose MSCT scanning and threedimensional reconstruction imaging of the airway image quality comparison,comparing different low-dose scan image quality,regular dose and low dose scanning imaging signs on airway stenosis performance differences between both no statistical significance(P>0.05),comparison of radiation parameters between conventional dose and low-dose MSCT scanning showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Under a relatively fixed tube voltage,the parameters of 30~<60mA[30~<60 mA]are ideal and optimal parameters for low-dose scanning,with good image quality and less radiation,which is feasible for the examination of airway stenosis in children.
