城轨车辆空调系统出风口优化设计研究 被引量:1

Research on optimization design of air outlet of air conditioning system for urban rail vehicles

摘要 由于传统的城市轨道交通车辆空调系统出风口的设计精度低,出风口的改善程度差,导致系统运行效果差,本文对城市轨道车辆空调系统出风口设计进行优化。首先对城轨车辆空调系统出风口数值进行系统分析,查找数据存储的基本状态,进而完善收集的数据参数,不断加强对数据的中心掌控操作,提升系统操作的运行速率,缩减运行时间,在实现对数值的初步分析后,对优化数据进行检测,设置检测函数进行数据初始计量,不断增强数据的可操控性,实现对优化数值的动态检测,提升系统优化的有效率,最后以优化的数据为基础进行优化模型构建,结合优化计算方法,加大对算法的计算力度,提升数据优化的科学性与精确率,由此实现对城轨车辆空调系统出风口优化设计的研究。实验结果表明,相较于传统城轨车辆空调系统出风口优化设计,城轨车辆空调系统出风口优化设计能够在较高程度上提升系统优化设计的精准率,促进系统内部结构调整,符合系统操作需求,具有较高的操作价值。 Due to the low design accuracy and poor improvement degree of air outlet of traditional urban rail transit vehicle air conditioning system,the system operation effect is poor.In this paper,the air outlet design of urban rail transit vehicle air conditioning system is optimized.Firstly the air outlet values in urban rail vehicle air conditioning system is systematically analyzed,to find the basic state of data storage,and then,the data collected parameters,are improved to continaously strengthen control the operation of the data center,i mprove the operation of the system operation speed and reduce the run time.After the preliminary analysis of the numerical value,the optimized data is detected,and the detection function is set for the initial measurement of the data,so as to continuously enhance the controllability of the data,realize the dynamic detection of the optimized value,and improve the efficiency of the system optimization.Finally,based on the optimized data,the optimization model is constructed.Combined with the optimization calculation method,the calculation strength of the algorithm is increased,and the scientificity and accuracy of data optimization are improved,so as to realize the research on the optimal design of air outlet of urban rail vehicle air conditioning system.The experimental results show that compared with the optimal design of air outlet of traditional urban rail vehicle air conditioning system,the optimal design of air outlet of urban rail vehicle air conditioning system can improve the accuracy of system optimization design to a higher degree,promote the adjustment of system internal structure,and meet the operating requirements of the system,which has a higher operating value.
