上海交通大学医学院学生道德两难问题选择倾向的调查分析 被引量:1

Investigation on the tendency of moral dilemma for medical students in Shanghai Jiao Tong University

摘要 目的研究上海交通大学医学院学生在面临道德两难问题时的选择倾向。方法分别设计急诊室情境和"黄牛主题"情境下的道德两难问题,于2019年6月对上海交通大学医学院2017级和2018级医学类专业506名本科生进行问卷调查和统计分析。结果在急诊室情境下,有60.5%(293/484)的学生选择先救治重伤患者,倾向道义论原则;有38.0%(184/484)的学生选择救治中度受伤患者,倾向最大幸福原则。在"黄牛主题"情境下,89.3%(432/484)的学生认为金钱不应当介入医疗资源的正当合理分配。结论在道德两难问题的选择上学生倾向道义论原则,大部分学生认为市场经济活动不能排挤和取代道德。 Objective To study the choice tendency of medical students in Shanghai Jiao Tong University when facing moral dilemma.Methods The choice of moral dilemma was designed in the emergency room situation and the "theme of scalpers" situation. In June 2019, a survey was conducted among 506 medical undergraduates of grade 2017 and grade 2018 from Shanghai Jiao Tong University Medical College.Results In the emergency room situation, 60.5% (293/484) of the students preferred to treat the seriously injured patients and the deontological principle;38.0%(184/484) of the students chose to treat the moderately injured patients and preferred the principle of maximum happiness. In the "theme of scalpers" situation, 89.3% (432/484) of the students thought that money should not be involved in the proper and reasonable distribution of medical resources.Conclusions Students tend to the deontological principle, and most of them think that market activities can not exclude and replace morality.
