摘要
放宽单水平连续抽样方案(CSP-Ⅴ)无法考虑成本约束,第一类和第二类风险水平都很高,对过程状态判断滞后。提出CSP-Ⅴ和过程良率指数(Spk)集成过程控制方案。建立满足质量和成本约束的最优CSP-Ⅴ质量控制方案。构建基于Spk估计精确分布的风险控制方案,实现质量和成本约束下对两类风险的同时精确控制。集成方案实现了对过程状态实时无滞后的监控。集成控制方案充分利用数据的计数和计量特征驱动四类方案参数运行,没有增加检验工作量。为方便使用,给出三个方案列表。和传统CSP-Ⅴ方案的对比表明集成控制方案具有良好的接收概率曲线。应用实例验证了方案的可行性和有效性。
The reduced single continuous sampling plan(CSP-Ⅴ)took the cost constraint not into consideration,which induced the high level in the Type Ⅰ and Ⅱ risk and the delays in judging the fluctuation of the process state.The integrating process control plan between CSP-Ⅴ and the process yield index(Spk)was proposed.The optimal CSP-Ⅴ quality control plan was presented to simultaneously meet the quality and cost constraints. The risk control plan based on the accurate distribution of the estimation of Spk was constructed,which could accurately and concurrently control the two types of risk under the quality and cost constraints.The integrating scheme could monitor the process state without delay.The four parameters were obtained and the integrating scheme was carried out by utilizing then variable and attribute characterization of the inspection data,respectively.The inspection workload didn’t increase.For the convenience in practice,three tabulates of the parameters for the integrating scheme were supplied.The comparison shows that the integrating control scheme can obtain better OC curve than the CSP-Ⅴ plan.The feasibility and the efficiency of the integrating scheme were verified by the application.
