摘要
目的研究妊娠期糖尿病患者住院期间持续性护理的效果。方法根据随机数字表法将2017年6月—2019年5月期间该院接收的妊娠期糖尿病患者94例分为两组,对照组47例进行常规护理,观察组47例予以持续性护理。将两组的血糖水平、妊娠结局进行比对。结果观察组患者干预后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,妊娠结局优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病患者住院期间进行持续性护理有助于提高控糖效果,对妊娠结局改善有利。
Objective To study the effect of continuous nursing during hospitalization of patients with gestational diabetes.Methods According to the random number table method,94 patients with gestational diabetes received in the hospital from June 2017 to May 2019 were divided into two groups,47 patients in the control group were given routine care,and 47 patients in the observation group were given continuous care.The blood glucose levels and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the pregnancy outcome was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing during the hospitalization of gestational diabetic patients is helpful to improve the effect of glucose control and is beneficial to the improvement of pregnancy outcome.
