摘要
冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病是一种高发病率、高病死率性疾病,给社会带来了沉重的医疗负担。作者认为冠心病的发生发展与肝脏的关系密不可分,肝与心五行相关、经脉相连、功能相济、七情相系,肝脏功能异常,会导致气、血、痰、瘀等病理因素的产生,从而加速冠心病的形成。从肝论治冠心病的理论在古今医著中亦多有体现,并且为现代临床所广泛应用。该文从肝的生理特性及生理功能与冠心病的关系两个角度出发,运用中医基础理论结合现代医学观点的方式论述肝与冠心病的发生发展,强调了从肝论治本病的重要性,为临床工作提供理论依据及借鉴。
Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is a kind of disease with high morbidity and mortality,which brings heavy medical burden to the society. The author believes that the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease and the relationship between the liver is inseparable,liver and heart five elements related,meridians linked,function of the economy,seven emotions,liver function abnormalities,will lead to Qi,blood,phlegm,blood stasis and other pathological factors,thus accelerating the formation of coronary heart disease. The theory of treating coronary heart disease from the liver is also reflected in ancient and modern medical works,and is widely applied in modern clinical practice. Based on the relationship between the physiological characteristics and physiological functions of liver and coronary heart disease,this paper discusses the occurrence and development of liver and coronary heart disease by combining the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine with modern medical views,and emphasizes the importance of treating this disease from the perspective of liver,providing theoretical basis and reference for clinical work.
