摘要
目的:以偏远少数民族为主、经济社会发展滞后、医务人员严重缺乏的色达县为例,探讨智慧医疗服务建设。方法:以该地区中心医院甘孜州人民医院为主体,在区县、乡镇、学校及寺庙建设智慧医疗服务点,构成三级联动的智慧医疗服务平台,将网络医疗和远程教育进行整合。结果:通过甘孜州人民医院色达智慧医疗服务建设,提供远程教学资源,提升了基层医生实际临床经验,方便了藏区人民群众就医。结论:甘孜州人民医院智慧医疗服务建设促进了州内医疗卫生机构互联互通。
Objective:Taking Sertar County as an example,this paper discusses the construction of Intelligent Medical Service,which is dominated by remote minorities,has a backward economic and social development,and lacks medical personnel seriously.Methods:Taking the Ganzi Prefecture People’s Hospital as the main body,constructing intelligent medical service points in districts,towns,schools and temples,forming a three-level linkage intelligent medical service platform,integrating web-based medicine with distance learning.Results:Through the construction of Seda Intelligent Medical Service in Ganzi Prefecture People’s Hospital,providing resources of distance education,improving the practical clinical experience of basic-level doctors and making it convenient for Tibetan people to seek medical treatment.Conclusion:The construction of Intelligent Medical Service of Ganzi Prefecture People’s Hospital promotes the interconnection of medical and health institutions in the region.
