摘要
目的研究治疗溃疡性结肠炎中白术不同炮制方法的临床疗效。方法选取济宁市中医院2018年10月至2019年12月收治的150例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,采用抽签方法将患者分为A组、B组与C组,每组50例。每组采用不同炮制方法,其中A组:焦白术,B组:灸白术,C组:土炒白术,比较三组治疗效果。结果C组治疗总有效率高于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组与B组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组治疗期间不良反应发生率小于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组与B组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组患者治疗后初始感觉阈值、便意感觉阈值、最大耐受容量均大于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组与B组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对脾胃气虚型溃疡性结肠炎应用参苓白术散治疗,土炒白术可兼顾治疗有效性与安全性,改善患者直肠功能。因此实际在中药饮片炮制方面需要依据疾病的具体辩证分型合理确定炮制方法。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of different processing methods of Atractylodes macrocephala in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods Totally 150 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to Jining Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into group A,group B and group C by drawing lots,with 50 cases in each group.Each group used different processing methods,of which group A:Jiao Baizhu,group B;moxibustion Baizhu,group C:roasted white atractylodes macrocephala,compared the treatment effects of the three groups.Results The total effective rate of group C was higher than that of group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistical significance between group A and group B(P>0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in group C was less than that in group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance between group A and group B(P>0.05);the initial sensory threshold,the fecal sensory threshold,and the most in group C after treatment.The large tolerance capacity was greater than that of group A and group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance between group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusion Shenling Baizhu Powder can be used to treat ulcerative colitis of Spleen-stomach Qi deficiency type,and earthfried Baizhu can give consideration to the effectiveness and safety of treatment and improve the rectal function of patients.Therefore,the actual processing method of Chinese herbal slices needs to be reasonably determined according to the specific dialectical classification of the disease.
