摘要
目的对比研究膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用关节镜下关节清理术与玻璃酸钠注射两种方式进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取宜兴市善卷骨科医院2019年1月至12月收治的60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,各30例。治疗组采用关节镜下关节清理术治疗,对照组采用腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗。对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前后疼痛程度、膝关节功能、生活质量评分水平、不良反应发生情况、住院总时间和膝关节功能复常时间、对治疗方法及效果的满意度等指标。结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前后疼痛程度、膝关节功能、生活质量评分水平的改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生情况少于对照组(P<0.05),住院总时间和膝关节功能复常时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用关节镜下关节清理术治疗,可以大幅度改善患者的膝关节功能和生活质量,减轻疼痛,减少不良反应的发生,有效缩短了患者的住院时间和膝关节功能恢复时间。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of arthroscopic debridement and sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in Yixing Shanjuan Orthopedic Hospital from January to December 2019 as an object of study,according to the random method,the patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with arthroscopic debridement,the control group was treated with intraluminal injection of sodium hyaluronate.The total effective rate,pain degree before and after treatment,knee joint function,quality of life score level,adverse reactions,total hospitalization time and knee joint function recovery time,satisfaction with treatment methods and effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the improvement of pain degree,knee joint function and quality of life score before and after treatment was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reactions were less than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total length of hospital stay and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the recovery time of knee joint function in the control group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement can significantly improve knee joint function and quality of life of patients with knee osteoarthritis,reduce pain,reduce adverse reactions,shorten hospital stay and knee joint function recovery time.
