摘要 医用压缩空气中一氧化碳(CO)的净化是医院气体系统建设中的重要环节,通过综述医用压缩空气中CO的净化脱除和检测方法,分析医用压缩空气中CO净化的必要性,以及催化氧化法、吸收净化法和吸附法脱除CO的原理和特点,提出催化氧化法是适用于医用压缩空气中CO净化的方法。通过介绍空气中CO常温催化净化的研究结果,总结CO气体的主要检测方法,指出电化学检测法和红外光谱法是适合医用压缩空气中CO浓度检测的方法。 The purification of carbon monoxide(CO)in medically pressed air is important link in the construction of gas system of hospital.The necessity of CO purification in medical compressed air,and the principles and characteristics of CO removal by catalytic oxidation method,absorption purification method and adsorption method were analyzed through summarized the purification,removal and detection methods of CO in medical compressed air.And then it was pointed out that the catalytic oxidation method is a suitable method for the purification of CO in medical compressed air.The article also introduced the research results of CO catalytic purification in the air at room temperature,and summarized the main detection methods of CO gas.Finally,it pointed out that electrochemical detection and infrared spectroscopy are suitable methods for monitoring the CO concentration in medical compressed air.
