摘要
【目的】探讨穴位电针刺激对烫伤致急性肺损伤大鼠炎症指标的影响。【方法】将24只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组,即正常组、模型组、穴位电针组和非穴位电针组,每组各6只,除正常组外,其余各组均制备大鼠烫伤模型。造模后,穴位电针组选取大鼠足三里和肺俞穴,给予电针刺激,非穴位电针组选取足三里和肺俞穴周围固定部位进行电针刺激,均连续进行1周。分别测定各组大鼠动脉血氧分压(PaO2)和二氧化碳分压(PaCO2),采用ELISA法测定血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)含量,并检测大鼠肺组织裂解液中一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和环氧化酶(COX2)的含量。【结果】穴位电针组大鼠动脉血中Pa O2显著升高,PaCO2显著降低,与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而非穴位电针组未能显著改变大鼠PaO2和PaCO2,与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。穴位电针组大鼠血清SOD水平显著升高,血清TNF-α和IL-6水平均显著降低,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而非穴位电针组未能显著改变大鼠血清SOD、TNF-α和IL-6水平,与模型组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。穴位电针组大鼠肺组织iNOS和COX2水平显著降低,与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而非穴位电针组未能显著改变大鼠肺组织iNOS和COX2水平,与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】穴位电针刺激可降低烫伤急性肺损伤大鼠炎症指标水平,具有抗肺损伤作用。
Objective To explore the effects of electro-acupuncture stimulation at acupoints on inflammatory factors in burn-induced acute lung injury rats.Methods Twenty-four healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,acupoint electro-acupuncture group and non-acupoint electro-acupuncture group,6 rats in each group.Apart from the normal group,the rats in the other groups were established into burn model.After modeling,the acupoint electro-acupuncture group received electro-acupuncture at Zusanli(ST36)and Feishu(BL13)points,non-acupoint electro-acupuncture group received electro-acupuncture at fixed sites around Zusanli(ST36)and Feishu(BL13)points,the treatment lasting one week.The PaO2 and PaCO2 were measured in various groups,and the contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)and interleukin 6(IL-6)in serum and contents of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)and cyclooxygenase 2(COX2)in lung tissues were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Compared with the model group,PaO2 was increased and PaCO2 was decreased in the acupoint electro-acupuncture group,the differences being significant(P<0.05),PaO2 and PaCO2 were not obviously changed in the non-acupoint electroacupuncture group,the differences being insignificant(P>0.05).Compared with the model group,the serum SOD level was increased,and serum TNF-αand IL-6 levels were decreased in the acupoint electro-acupuncture group,the differences being significant(P<0.05),serum SOD,TNF-αand IL-6 levels were not obviously changed in the non-acupoint electro-acupuncture group,the differences being insignificant(P>0.05).Compared with the model group,the levels of iNOS and COX2 in lung tissues were decreased in the acupoint electroacupuncture group,the differences being significant(P<0.05),and the levels of iNOS and COX2 in lung tissues were not obviously changed in the non-acupoint electro-acupuncture group,the differences being insignificant(P>0.05).Conclusion Electro-acupuncture stimulation at acupo
