摘要
乳腺癌作为女生健康杀手之一备受重视,严重影响女性生活质量。其治疗手段从外科手术到放、化疗,再到内分泌治疗与免疫治疗,不断更新。但因外科手术导致的身体缺陷,与药物治疗引起的不良反应,患者的依从性下降,心理健康也每况愈下。这些因素又会是促进乳腺癌进展的诱因,影响治疗效果。因此,从情志论治乳腺癌是近几年的研究热点。注重整体性治疗是中医学的特色。传统的中医针灸作为乳腺癌最新的辅助治疗方式,可以改善恶心、呕吐、疲劳、乏力及上肢水肿等症状,缓解肿瘤相关性抑郁,提高肿瘤患者的生活质量,辅助提高手术、放化疗或是药物治疗的疗效。该文通过对近几年针灸在肿瘤治疗方面的总结,阐述针灸治疗的优势,以期为乳腺癌中西医联合治疗提供新的治疗策略。
Breast cancer,as one of the health killers of women,has attracted much attention and seriously affects women’s quality of life. Its treatment is constantly updated from surgery to radiotherapy,chemotherapy,endocrine therapy and immunotherapy. However,due to physical defects caused by surgery and adverse reactions to medication,patients’ compliance and mental health becomedeteriorated. These factors will promote breast cancer progression incentive and affect the treatment effect. Therefore,the treatment of breast cancer based on emotion is a hotspot in recent research. Paying attention to holistic treatment is the characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine. As the latest adjuvant therapy for breast cancer,traditional acupuncture of TCM can improve symptoms such as nausea,vomiting,fatigue,edema of upper limb,alleviate cancer-related depression and improve the quality of life of cancer patients. It also assists to improve the efficacy of surgery,chemo-radiotherapy or drug therapy. This paper summarized the advantages of acupuncture and moxibustion in tumor treatment in recent years,so as to provide new treatment strategy for the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine for breast cancer.
