摘要 提出了悬臂式掘进机轻量化设计理念,从优化掘进机零部件强度、行走性能、截割稳定性三方面提出了轻量化设计方法,并据此详细介绍了几项实施措施。最后论述了在当前市场竞争白热化、产品大规模产业化背景下轻量化设计的重要意义。 The lightweight design concept of cantilever roadheader was proposed. The lightweight design method was proposed from three aspects of optimizing the strength of roadheader parts,walking performance and cutting stability,and several implementation measures were introduced in detail. Finally,the importance of lightweight design was discussed under the background of fierce market competition and large-scale industrialization of products.
