摘要
群众性武术赛事的逐年增多,办赛问题凸显,阻碍了赛事的发展.而体育赛事服务满意度采用的IPA分析法仍处于停滞阶段,尚未跟进.采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,比较修正IPA分析法与传统IPA分析法,对比结果得出:传统IPA分析法难以完全达成前提假设,而修正IPA分析法使用引申重要性代替自述重要性能够有效避免此类问题,且更便于受调查者填写.在2018年福建省全民健身运动会武术赛事中,通过修正IPA分析法得出在检录等待、区域设置、场间干扰情况、成绩公示速度、奖励发放速度、演练空间6项指标需重点改善.
The number of mass martial arts competition has increased year by year,and the problem of running competitions has been highlighted,which has hindered the development of martial arts competitions. The IPA analysis method commonly used in satisfaction research has been revised and applied in other disciplines. It is in a stagnant phase and has not been followed up. Comparing the results of the modified IPA analysis with the traditional IPA analysis,it is found that the traditional IPA analysis cann’t fully reach the premise,while the modified IPA analysis uses extended importance instead of self-reported importance,which can effectively avoid such problems and is more convenient for investigation. The modified IPA analysis concludes that the six indicators need to be improved in the martial arts competition of 2018 Fujian National Fitness Games: registration waiting,regional setting,inter-field interference situation,results publicity speed,reward distribution speed and exercise space.
