高压开关柜触头测温传感器性能检测平台的设计和应用 被引量:14

摘要 发热缺陷是造成高压开关柜故障的主要原因之一,严重威胁主变近区安全,开关柜触头测温在线监测系统随之广泛应用于高压开关柜中。由于现行测温传感器检测方法未考虑传感器实际安装方式的影响,文中设计研制了一台高压开关柜触头测温传感器性能检测平台。该平台基于恒湿恒温箱和恒温发热平台两个主体,综合考虑了多种传感器安装方式和取电方式。应用该平台对4种类型的传感器进行了性能检测,试验结果表明:非接触式的红外辐射型传感器在实际安装方式下具有较好的测量精度,测量准确度均小于±2℃;接触式的传感器受结构形式和安装方式的影响较大,建议增加接触点数量,提高测量准确度。该平台的研制与应用对开关柜温度在线传感器相关技术规范的制定提供了试验依据。 The heating defect is one of the main reasons for high-voltage switchgear failure,which seriously threat-ens the safety of the main transformer.So the online monitoring system for the temperature measurement of the switch-gear contacts is widely used.Since the current temperature sensor detection method not considering the effect of the actual installation of the sensor,a temperature measurement sensor performance testing platform is designed and de-veloped in this paper.The platform includes a constant humidity constant temperature box and a constant tempera-ture heating platform,and can be used in several installation methods and getting power methods.Then,4 types sen-sors have been tested by the platform.The test results show that the non-contact infrared radiation sensor has good measurement accuracy under the actual installation mode,and the measurement accuracy is less than±2℃;the con-tact type sensor is greatly affected by the structure and installation mode,so it is suggested to increase the number of contact points and improve the measurement accuracy.The development and application of the platform provides the test basis for the formulation of relevant technical specifications of on-line temperature sensors for switchgear.
