不同油脂对母猪繁殖性能和初乳成分的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为研究母猪日粮中添加不同油脂对母猪的繁殖性能与初乳成分的影响,本试验选择妊娠第83天长×大二元杂妊娠母猪40头,随机分为4组,对照组添加2%豆油,3个试验组分别添加3.5%椰子油Ⅰ(椰子油:磷脂油为2:3)、3.9%椰子油Ⅱ(椰子油:磷脂油为1:4)和5%磷脂油粉。试验期为从妊娠第83天至产后28 d。结果表明:不同油脂对母猪繁殖性能、仔猪生长性能和血清指标均没有显著影响;与对照组相比,椰子油Ⅱ组和磷脂油粉组初乳中月桂酸、亚油酸、肉豆蔻酸、亚麻酸和DHA含量提高,硬脂酸和油酸含量降低(P<0.05);椰子油Ⅱ组初乳中月桂酸和肉豆蔻酸含量高于磷脂油粉组(P<0.05),椰子油Ⅱ组和磷脂油粉组较对照组提高了多不饱和脂肪酸含量(P<0.05),减少了单不饱和脂肪酸的含量(P<0.05)。结果提示,与豆油相比,椰子油Ⅱ和磷脂油粉对母猪繁殖性能没有显著影响,但能提高初乳多不饱和脂肪酸含量。 This study was conducted to investigate the influences of fat source on reproductive performance and colostrum composition of sows during late gestation and lactation.Forty Landrace×Yorkshire sows at 83 days of gestation were randomly allocated into four groups:control group was supplemented with 2%soybean oil,treatments were supplemented with 3.5%coconut oil I(coconut oil:phospholipid oil=2:3),3.9%coconut oil(coconut oil:phospholipid oil=1:4)and 5%phospholipid oil,respectively.The trial lasted from day 83 of gestation to day 28 weaning of piglets.The results showed that dietary fat source had no significant impact on feed intake,reproduction performance of sows,growth performance of piglets and serum biochemical indexes of sows(P>0.05).Supplementation of coconut oil II and lecithin powder increased(P<0.05)laurate,nutmeg acid,linoleic acid and linolenic acid and DHA content of colostrum,decreased(P<0.05)stearic acid and oleic acid content of colostrum compared with soybean oil.Milk lauric acid and nutmeg acid content in coconut oil II group were higher than that of lecithin powder group(P<0.05).Compared with soybean oil,diet supplementation of coconut oil II and lecithin powder increased polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA)concentration of colostrum(P<0.05),reduced monounsaturated fatty acid(MUFA)concentration of colostrum(P<0.05).The results indicated that addition of coconut oil II and lecithin powder in late pregnancy and lactation sow diets had no significant effects on reproduction performance of sow,but significantly increased the content of colostrum PUFA compared with soybean oil addition.
