摘要
微生态制剂在反刍动物生产中的应用十分广泛,但是瘤胃中复杂的微生物区系可能导致微生态制剂不能完全发挥其作用效果。幼龄反刍动物的胃肠道微生物区系则相对简单,提供了合适的调控窗口期,然而幼龄反刍动物直接采食微生态制剂的研究结果并不一致。微生态制剂中的功能微生物进入幼龄反刍动物体内能否成功定植以及其作用机制都是影响试验结果的关键。本文综述了近年来微生态制剂在幼龄反刍动物断奶前后的应用及研究,分析影响微生物定植和发挥作用的可能因素,发现瘤胃微生物移植、基因工程技术引入特定底物或者群体响应通路的相关基因等可能是提高微生态制剂在幼龄反刍动物断奶过程中益生作用效果的有效途径。
Application of direct feed microbials(DFMs)are prevalent in ruminant production,however,the effects after DFMs manipulation would possibly be inhibited because of the complex ruminal microbiome.Composition of microbial community in juvenile ruminants is relatively simple compared to adult ruminants,which provide a practical window for DFMs regulations.However,results of these researches are contradictory,few researches had been conducted to investigate the colonization and function of DFMs after inoculation.Thus,the objective of this review is to speculate the factors influencing the results of DFMs manipulation during rearing of juvenile ruminants,as well as the colonization of DFMs in gastrointestinal tracts of receptors.Moreover,by controlling the substrate utilization and quorum sensing pathway of specific microbes through gene editing,researchers are able to control the colonization of DFMs more efficiently by tools such as substrate and quorum sensing signal molecular supplement.
