摘要
财务是企业管理的核心,加强财务风险管控能力是保证企业健康发展的重要因素。基于ERP系统的企业财务管理工作暴露出诸多风险因素,因此,论文立足于多年工作实践,以加强企业财务风险管控的重要意义作为切入点,详细分析企业财务风险管控所存在的问题,最后提出相应的解决对策。
Finance is the core of enterprise management,and strengthening the ability of financial risk management and control is an important factor to ensure the healthy development of enterprises.Many risk factors are exposed in the financial management work of enterprises based on ERP system.Therefore,based on many years'work practice,this paper takes the significance of strengthening enterprise financial risk management and control as the breakthrough point,analyzes the problems existing in enterprise financial risk management and control in detail,and finally puts forward corresponding solutions.
