摘要
目前资源短缺问题日益凸显,而食用菌因为能够转化农业废弃物而得到非常快速的发展,已成为继菜、果、粮、油四大产业之后而发展起来的一项新型产业。食用菌在2019年后的产量已达到世界总产量的93%,食用菌产量随价格波动变化,消费者购买意愿也被价格左右,影响着生产方的利润。因而,需要分析食用菌的价格变化因素,查清涨跌原因,分析食用菌价格涨跌趋势,引导食用菌产业的发展方向,及时调整食用菌生产规模。
People are more and more aware of healthy diet,edible fungi because of nutrition,key protection,delicious people love.The shortage of resources is becoming more and more prominent,and edible fungi have been developed very quickly because they can transform agricultural waste.After the four industries of vegetables,fruit,grain and oil,the edible fungus industry has also developed.After 2019,the output of edible fungi has reached 93%.The output of edible fungi fluctuates with the price,and the consumer’s willingness to buy is also influenced by the price,which affects the profit of the producer.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the factors of price change of edible fungi,to find out the reasons for the rise and fall of edible fungi,to analyze the trend of price rise and fall of edible fungi,and to guide the edible fungi industry The direction,timely adjustment of edible fungus production scale.
