摘要
为改善传统的单摆式调谐质量阻尼器(PTMD)对频率调谐敏感的缺点,提出了一种自变频单摆式调谐质量阻尼器(SA-PTMD),SA-PTMD由摆绳、质量块、阻尼器和伺服控制系统构成。伺服控制系统包含一个加速度计、控制中枢的微电路板和调节摆长的步进电机。电路板根据主结构的加速度信号,通过Hilbert-Huang变换(HHT)计算得到主结构的瞬时频率,控制步进电机实时调节PTMD的摆长以调谐其自振频率。介绍了SA-PTMD的机械组成和安装方式及基于HHT的变摆长控制算法。给出了一个数值模拟算例,在算例中,对比了无TMD,PTMD,SAPTMD控制下模型在简谐激励和脉动风激励下的加速度和位移响应。结果表明,SA-PTMD在PTMD频率偏离主结构频率和激励频率偏离PTMD控制频率时,均能实时调节自身频率,降低主结构的加速度和位移响应。
In order to improve the shortcomings of traditional single pendulum tuned mass damper(PTMD)that are sensitive to frequency tuning,a semi-active pendulum tuned mass damper(SA-PTMD)was proposed.SA-PTMD consists of the swing rope,mass block,damper and servo control system.The servo control system includes an accelerometer,a control center micro-circuit board and a stepping motor for adjusting the pendulum length.The circuit board calculates the instantaneous frequency of the main structure through Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT)according to the acceleration signal of the main structure,and controls the stepper motor to adjust the PTMD's pendulum length in real time to tune its natural frequency.The mechanical composition,installation method of the SA-PTMD and variable pendulum length control algorithm based on HHT were introduced.A numerical simulation case was given,in the case,the acceleration and displacement responses of the model under harmonic excitation and pulsating wind excitation under control conditions of without TMD,PTMD and SA-PTMD were compared.The results show that when the PTMD frequency deviates from the main structure frequency and the excitation frequency deviates from the PTMD control frequency,SA-PTMD can adjust its own frequency in real time and reduce the acceleration and displacement response of the main structure.
