摘要
目的:分析总结烧伤后耳廓瘢痕畸形的临床特点与修复、整形手术经验。方法:对2008年1月-2017年12月收治的165例烧伤后耳廓瘢痕住院病例进行统计分析。分别依据患者不同病情,选择不同手术方法,行修复整形手术治疗,术后行中西医结合治疗,康复理疗、高压氧等综合治疗。结果:术后随访观察6个月~2年,经手术修复后所有皮瓣均成活;耳廓位置正常;耳廓形态及颜色基本正常,均效果满意。结论:可以依据患者烧伤后耳廓瘢痕畸形特点、瘢痕及缺损大小、局部健康皮肤情况来选择适合的修复整形手术方案,此外,预防和控制感染、中西医结合治疗及综合治疗是提高烧伤后耳廓瘢痕治愈的关键。
Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical characteristics of auricle scar deformity post burn and the experience of repair and plastic surgery.Methods From January 2008 to December 2017,165 cases of auricular scar post burn were analyzed.According to the different conditions of patients,different surgical methods were selected to perform repair and plastic operation.After operation,the patients were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,rehabilitation physiotherapy,hyperbaric oxygen and other comprehensive treatments.Results The patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years.After operation,all flaps survived.Auricle position was normal.Auricle shape was basically normal.Auricle color was basically normal.Conclusion According to the characteristics of auricle burn,the size of scar and defect,and the local healthy skin condition,the suitable repair and plastic operation scheme can be selected.In addition,prevention and control of infection,the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,and comprehensive treatment are the key to improve the healing of Auricle Burn scar.
