摘要
本试验旨在探讨蝉花多糖和植物提取物对雁荡麻鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响。随机选取同一批次的1日龄雁荡麻鸡雏鸡315只,随机分为7组,分别为空白对照组(A组)、免疫对照组(B组)、抗生素对照组(C组)、蝉花多糖组(D组)、蝉花多糖植物提取物低剂量复合组(E组)、蝉花多糖植物提取物高剂量复合组(F组)和植物提取物组(G组),每组3个重复,每个重复15只。分别于11~17日龄和25~31日龄每天1次灌服试验鸡,其中A组和B组各灌服生理盐水0.5 mL/只,C组灌服杆菌肽锌0.5 mL/只(50 mg/kg BW),D^G组分别灌服蝉花多糖0.5 mL/只(50 mg/kg BW)、蝉花多糖(25 mg/kg BW)+植物提取物(125 mg/kg BW)0.5 mL/只、蝉花多糖(50 mg/kg BW)+植物提取物(125 mg/kg BW) 0.5 mL/只和植物提取物0.5 mL/只(250 mg/kg BW)。试验期42 d。结果显示:1)10~28日龄,D^G组雁荡麻鸡平均日增重均显著高于B组(P<0.05);与B组、C组相比,G组料重比有所降低(P>0.05)。2)29~42日龄,D组、F组雁荡麻鸡平均日增重显著高于B组、C组(P<0.05)。3)42日龄,与B组相比,D组、E组雁荡麻鸡体重显著提高(P<0.05)。4) F组、G组雁荡麻鸡血清免疫球蛋白A含量显著高于A组、C组(P <0.05),F组雁荡麻鸡血清免疫球蛋白G含量显著高于A^C组(P <0.05),D组、F组雁荡麻鸡血清补体3含量显著高于C组(P<0.05)。5)与A组、B组相比,E组、G组雁荡麻鸡血清干扰素-γ、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-2含量均显著提高(P<0.05),D组、F组雁荡麻鸡血清白细胞介素-4含量显著高于A^C组(P<0.05)。综上可知,蝉花多糖、植物提取物及其复合物能促进雁荡麻鸡生长,提高其免疫力。本试验条件下,蝉花多糖(50 mg/kg BW)+植物提取物(125 mg/kg BW)高剂量复合组效果最佳。
This study investigated the effects of Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide and plant extract on the growth performance and immune function of Yandang Ma-chicken. A total of 315 Yandang Ma-chicks of 1-day-old randomly selected from the same batch were randomly divided into 7 groups(each group containing 3 replicates and 15 chicks in each replicate)as blank control group(group A),immune control group(group B),antibiotics control group(group C),Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide group(group D),the low-dose compound of Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide and plant extract group(group E),the high-dose compound of Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide and plant extract group(group F),and the plant extract group(group G). The chickens were drenched once per day at the ages of 11 to 17 days and 25 to 31 days,respectively.Group A and group B received 0.5 mL normal saline per bird,group C was administrated with 0.5 mL bacitracin zinc per bird(50 mg/kg BW),group D to group G were administrated with 0.5 mL Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide per bird(50 mg/kg BW),0.5 mL Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide(25 mg/kg BW)+plant extract(125 mg/kg BW)per bird,0.5 mL Cordyceps cicadae polysaccharide(50 mg/kg BW)+plant extract(125 mg/kg BW)per bird,and 0.5 mL plant extract(250 mg/kg BW)per bird,respectively. The trial lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follows:1)from 10 to 28 days of age,the average daily gain of Yandang Ma-chicken in group D to group G was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05),and compared with group B and group C,the feed to gain ratio in group G was reduced(P>0.05). 2)From 29 to 42 days of age,the average daily gain of Yandang Ma-chicken in group D and group F was significantly higher than that in group B and group C(P<0.05). 3)At the age of 42 days,compared with group B,the body weight of Yandang Ma-chicken in group D and group E was significantly increased(P<0.05). 4)The serum immunoglobulin A content of Yandang Ma-chicken in group F and group G was significantly higher than that in group A and group C(P<0.05),
