摘要
本试验旨在评定甜菊渣的营养成分含量和表观利用率,并研究饲粮甜菊渣添加水平对21~70日龄肉鹅生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。首先通过概略养分分析法分析甜菊渣营养成分含量,再采用强饲代谢试验测定肉鹅甜菊渣营养成分表观利用率,最后选择250只21日龄体重相近的朗德鹅母鹅进行饲养试验,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只鹅。对照组饲喂不含甜菊渣的基础饲粮,试验组在肉鹅饲粮中分别添加5%、10%、15%和20%的甜菊渣。饲养试验期为49 d。结果表明:1)甜菊渣营养成分较丰富,含有13.20%的粗蛋白质、31.00%的粗纤维、1.13%的钙和0.49%的总磷,肉鹅对甜菊渣的主要营养成分表观利用率分别为:粗蛋白质18.24%、粗纤维56.99%、钙46.59%和总磷43.82%。2)21~42日龄,与对照组相比,饲粮中添加10%、15%和20%的甜菊渣显著提高了肉鹅平均日采食量,饲粮中添加5%和10%甜菊渣显著提高了肉鹅平均日增重(P<0.05);肉鹅料重比随着饲粮甜菊渣添加水平的升高,呈现先降低后升高的二次曲线关系(P<0.05),通过回归分析得出,当饲粮中甜菊渣添加水平为7.0%时,21~42日龄肉鹅的料重比最低。饲粮中添加甜菊渣对43~70日龄肉鹅平均日采食量、平均日增重和料重比均无显著影响(P>0.05)。试验全期(21~70日龄),与对照组相比,饲粮中添加10%、15%和20%甜菊渣显著提高了肉鹅平均日采食量(P<0.05),饲粮中添加5%甜菊渣显著提高了肉鹅平均日增重(P<0.05),饲粮中添加5%甜菊渣显著降低了肉鹅料重比(P<0.05)。3)42日龄肉鹅血清碱性磷酸酶活性随饲粮甜菊渣添加水平升高呈现先升高后降低的二次曲线关系(P<0.05),通过回归分析得出,当饲粮甜菊渣添加水平为11.35%时,42日龄肉鹅血清碱性磷酸酶活性最高。饲粮甜菊渣添加水平对42日龄肉鹅血清总蛋白、白蛋白和尿素氮含量及谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活性均无显著影�
This experiment was conducted to analyze the nutrient contents and apparent utilization rates of stevia residues,and study the effects of stevia residues on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of meat geese during 21 to 70 days of age. Firstly,the nutrient contents of stevia residues were analyzed by proximate analysis,then forced-feeding metabolism experiment was used to measure the nutrient apparent utilization rates of meat geese,at last,a feeding experiment was conducted with two hundred and fifty 21-day-old Landes female geese with similar body weight. The geese were randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 10 geese in each replicate. The control group was fed a basal diet without stevia residues,and experimental groups were fed diets supplemented with 5%,10%,15% and 20% stevia residues,respectively. The feeding experiment lasted for 49 days. The results showed as follows:1)there were rich nutrients in stevia residues with 13.2% crude protein,31% crude fibre,1.13% calcium and 0.49% total phosphorus. The major nutrient apparent utilization rates for meat geese were as follows:crude protein 18.24%,crude fibre 56.99%,calcium 46.59% and total phosphorus 43.82%,respectively. 2)During 21 to 42 days of age,compared with the control group,dietary supplemented with 10%,15% and 20% stevia residues significantly improved the average daily feed intake of meat geese(P<0.05),and dietary supplemented with 5% and 10% stevia residues significantly increased the average daily gain of meat geese(P<0.05). The feed to gain ratio firstly decreased and then increased quadratically with dietary stevia residue level increased(P<0.05),according to the regression analysis,when the supplemental level of stevia residues was 7.0%,the feed to gain ratio of meat geese during 21 to 42 days of age achieved the lowest. Dietary stevia residues had no significant effects on the average daily feed intake,average daily gain and feed to gain ratio of meat geese during 43 to 70 days of age(P>0.05). During to t
